BRIEF DESCRIPTION / WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE/DO AT THE UNIT: The Unit undertakes Gastroscopy's, Flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy procedures which will give students insight to anatomy of the Gastrointestinal tract. Tissue sampling/biopsies and therapeutic procedures e.g. polypectomy.
