Jonathan is the simulation facilitator in the PGME where he works with colleagues to develop, deliver and support innovative training programmes using simulation. He is particularly interesting in using high fidelity simulation to train people about the importance of managing human factors as well as supporting faculty in developing good debriefing skills. He is also keen to promote the wider use of simulation to ensure patient safety. Jon has worked in the NHS as a registered nurse for over 20 years in a variety of areas including Accident & Emergency and Cardiology.
