BRIEF OVERVIEW / WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE: Medical students will be able to go in with a patient for up to 15 mins before the nurse completes the assessment and take a full medical history of the patient they will then present back to the nurse who will proceed with the assessment student is welcome to stay in the assessment process and abserve how we work through our history taking they will then be able to listen to patients hearts and lungs whilst the nurse also completes this they will get this experience on two patients.
LOCATION: Above the Diabetes Education Centre. Access is through the Main Outpatients Department on C level – go through Receptions A&B then turn left at the bottom of the corridor.
