MR TAWFIQ - Endoscopy LOCATION: Endoscopy Unit, C Level, Junction 3 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Unit undertakes Gastroscopy's, Flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy procedures which will give students insight to anatomy of the Gastrointestinal tract. Tissue sampling/biopsies and therapeutic procedures eg polypectomy. WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE/DO AT THE UNIT: Students will be able to observe all procedures and assist staff during therapeutic procedures.
