We have the following mandatory training events/days for 2024/25:-

• ​Scheme Induction Day  -  12th August 2025, Holiday Inn, Rotherham  ( 2 x 1/2 days) ​

Please note - as these dates apply to ALL GP Trainees, study leave forms are unnecessary.

Alongside these days we have our Half-Day Release sessions.  Trainees are allocated 30 days of study leave per year, 20 (40 ½ days) of these are allocated to HDR sessions (pro-rata for LTFT trainees).  Unless a Trainee is on-call, nights, post nights, post weekends etc or on annual leave then they would be expected to attend.  As a Scheme we would aim for at least 80% attendance at HDR sessions

HDR Sessions are held every Tuesday afternoon from 1.30 - 5pm (sessions commence promptly at 2pm) at Montgomery Hall, Church Street, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7RD
