We are a two site practice based in Thorpe Hesley and  Bellows road, Rawmarsh.
Good local schooling
Easily commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster and surrounding areas.

Our team consists of 1 ANP, 1 LTC nurse specialist, 2 experienced  and supportive nurse practitioners and Practice nurses, 2 HCA’s/phlebotomists as well as a full complement of care navigators and administration staff.
Friendly extended health care team-we host many attached staff from the PCN within the surgery
We use System One clinical software

About our Salaried Post
Excellent salary including GMC fees, MDU cover and NHS Pension
Six weeks annual leave plus a weeks study leave pro rata

Salaried GP advert - Parkgate Medical Centre

Parkgate Medical Centre is looking for an additional Salaried GP to join our existing team.

We are ideally looking for 6 sessions per week but can offer some degree of flexibility for 4 or 5 sessions per week, including session timings.

Competitive salary

Suitable for newly qualified and experienced GPs alike, with GP Support available if needed.  We are a friendly, welcoming, and innovative GP Practice based in Rotherham, and we also have a branch site around 1 mile up the road from which we also deliver quality primary healthcare to our 6350 patients of mixed social classes. Our Systmone software is linked across both sites.  We are proud of our team and work collectively to achieve high levels of QOF Targets and we have an overall “GOOD” rating at our CQC visit.

We are a training practice and support GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors, Medical Students and VTS Nurses.

Our clinical team consists of 3 GP partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 GP Registrars, 1 Foundation Doctor and a nursing team which includes 1 Prescribing Practice Nurse, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA, 1 Phlebotomist.

Our practice plays an active part in our PCN group which has a patient cohort of around 50,000 patients, for which we share several ARRS role staff including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and a Link Worker.
